How quickly will Firelinkx respond to my inquiry?
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days. Most contact-form messages receive a first response the same day. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Atlantic Standard Time.
Is the discovery call free?
Yes. The first 30-minute discovery call is free with no commitment. We use it to understand your business, goals, and constraints, and to confirm whether a Firelinkx engagement is the right fit before any paid work is proposed.
What information should I bring to the first call?
Bring a brief description of the project or problem, your rough budget range, your target timeline, any examples of websites or systems you like, and the names of stakeholders involved in the decision. We will guide the rest of the conversation.
Will you sign an NDA before discussing my project?
Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any sensitive project details are shared. Send your standard NDA along with your inquiry, or request ours.
Do you work with clients outside Guyana?
Yes. We serve clients across CARICOM and the wider Caribbean, and we work as a nearshore delivery partner for businesses and agencies in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
What payment methods do you accept, and do you invoice in GYD or USD?
We invoice in USD by default for international and most local clients, and in GYD on request for Guyanese clients. Accepted methods include bank transfer, MMG (in Guyana), and credit card for US-invoiced engagements through Firelinkx Inc.
