Information We Collect
When you contact Firelinkx or use the site chat, we may collect your name, email address, company name, phone number, and any project details you choose to share. When you send an inquiry, book a call, or leave contact details in the chat, we also record the page you arrived on, the page you sent it from, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link, so we can tell which pages lead to inquiries. We also collect basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and localize the website, such as IP-based routing and country detection signals.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, discuss projects, continue chat conversations you start, improve our services, maintain website security, and keep internal records related to client communication.
Cookies and Similar Storage
Firelinkx uses first-party browser storage for core site functions. For the chat experience, we store a persistent browser identifier and chat state on your device so the conversation can stay open, resume on return visits from the same browser, and avoid relying on shared IP addresses to recognize you. For the length of your visit, we also keep a note in your browser of the page you arrived on, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link; it is cleared when you close the tab and reaches us only if you send an inquiry. We also use analytics and marketing technologies such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure traffic, understand campaign performance, and improve advertising effectiveness. In Guyana, the United States, and Canada outside Quebec, they are on by default, and you can turn them off at any time with "Manage Cookies" in the footer. Everywhere else, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Quebec, they stay off until you accept. We work out which applies from the country your connection appears to come from. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, they stay off until you accept.
Analytics and Advertising
When these tools are on, Firelinkx and its measurement providers may collect page views, referral information, approximate device and browser details, and conversion events such as inquiry submissions. They help us understand which channels and campaigns are working. Your choice in "Manage Cookies" is saved on that device; clearing browser storage resets it. Separately, we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device; it reports pages viewed, the referring site, approximate browser, device and country, and page-load performance, in aggregate and without identifying individual visitors.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the website or deliver our services, or when disclosure is required by law.
Data Retention
We keep inquiry and project information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide services, maintain records, and meet legal or operational requirements.
Your Choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted to us, subject to legal and operational limits.
