Most communication happens over WhatsApp, email, and scheduled video calls, with shared links so you can review work in progress. Guyana is on Atlantic Standard Time (UTC-4), which overlaps the working day across the Caribbean, the US East Coast, and Canada, so you're not waiting overnight for a reply.

Projects are quoted and invoiced in USD, with the one-time build price kept separate from any recommended monthly operations such as hosting and maintenance. We agree the full scope and price before work begins, and arrange a payment method that works for your country.

No. Our process is designed to work entirely remotely, and many engagements run start to finish without an in-person meeting. If you're in Guyana, meetings can be arranged by appointment, but they're never required to get a project done well.
