Questions buyers usually ask
Can you host a website you did not build?
Yes. We start with a short assessment covering the current host, the code or CMS version, plugin and dependency state, existing backups, and any outstanding security issues. You get that picture and a fixed migration quote before anything moves.
What happens when the site goes down?
External monitors check the site from outside your network and alert us on failure. Your plan sets the response window, and the monthly report records what happened, what caused it, and what was changed to prevent a repeat. We describe this as alerting plus an agreed response process, because that is what it is.
Do you actually test the backups?
Yes. Backups are restored periodically to a separate environment, which is the only way to know how long recovery takes and whether the copies are complete. An untested backup is a hope, and it is usually discovered to be one at the worst possible moment.
Is the hosting in Guyana or overseas?

Can we leave and take the site with us?

Are content changes included?

Will a migration take the site offline?
Migrations are planned and tested to minimize interruption. The site is built and verified on the new host first, DNS is changed in stages with lowered record lifetimes, and the old host is kept in place until the new one has proven itself.
